Australia's watchdog appoints liquidator to wind up Sino Australia Oil & Gas

[SYDNEY] Australia's markets watchdog on Monday said it has appointed a liquidator to wind up drilling services company Sino Australia Oil and Gas Ltd.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission said it is continuing proceedings against the company and its former chairman. It said a judge found substantial and serious misconduct and mismanagement.
