China and Iran see closer ties after landmark nuclear deal
China took part in the talks with Iran that yielded the nuclear agreement in July

THE foreign ministers of Iran and China - a major buyer of Iranian oil - signalled Tuesday that their countries will forge closer economic ties following a landmark international nuclear deal with Teheran.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi hosted Iran's top diplomat Mohammad Javad Zarif for talks in what Mr Wang described as their seventh round this year.
