China sets up national oil and gas pipeline company

    [BEIJING] China is creating a national oil and gas pipeline company to help expand its energy infrastructure, the official Xinhua news agency said on Monday.

    The establishment of the new company marks a key move in China's deepening oil and gas reforms, according to Xinhua.
