Second-biggest aluminium maker sees China exports slowing

"We don't think that the recent price rally will lead to massive restarts in China," said Mr Mukhamedshin.


CHINA, maker of about half the world's aluminium, will export less in 2016 as output expands at the slowest pace in five years and a price rebound fails to spur substantial smelter restarts, according to United Co Rusal, the biggest producer outside the Asian country.
