THE business leaders behind Singapore’s top 50 privately held companies came together on Nov 21 for a night of celebration and revelry. Now in its 29th year, the Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards saw more than 800 business leaders and VIPs in attendance at a gala dinner held at Raffles City Convention Centre.

The guest of honour, Minister for Education Chan Chun Sing, lauded the award winners for their achievements despite the challenging business environment in previous years. He added: “Tough times are what set apart businesses which are able to distinguish themselves from those which are average.”
