CapBridge gets nod to include retail investors

Retail investors can now invest in private companies through CapBridge's private capital raising platform

RETAIL investors wanting to get in on the burgeoning private equity space can now invest through private capital raising platform CapBridge, albeit subject to certain requirements.

This comes after CapBridge received approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to extend its activities beyond accredited investors and institutional investors, said CapBridge chief executive and founder Johnson Chen.
