HEALTHTECH startup Doctor Anywhere on Wednesday (Jan 19) said it aims to add over 200 new positions in its Singapore office this year to double the size of its regional headquarters team.

The company employs over 450 people in total. It said it expects that figure to grow 50 per cent in the coming months, with new hires across all departments.

Doctor Anywhere recently moved into a new 15,000 square feet office space that occupies the entire penthouse unit on the 40th storey of mTower, the former PSA Building at Alexandra Road.

This follows the startup's announcement of US$65.7 million raised in a Series C funding round led by growth investor Asia Partners.

Teams based in the Singapore office include the tech and product, operations and customer service, and commercial and marketing teams. Corporate functions such as finance and legal, as well as people and culture, are also based in the new office.

Doctor Anywhere provides telemedicine services by connecting users with general practitioners, specialists, mental health experts and allied health professionals. It also offers home-based healthcare services including health surveillance, vaccinations and Covid-19 swab tests.
