JUSTCO is set to open a new shared workspace within the South-east Asian headquarters of gaming hardware firm Razer, marking its 19th such facility in Singapore, the firm announced in a Wednesday press statement.

Targeted to open in Q2 2021, the new space will measure 30,000 square feet. It is located near one-north's key district precincts - Fusionopolis, Biopolis, Mediapolis, Ayer Rajah and JTC Launchpad - which house many tech, media and biomedical firms and startups.

It is being set up in response to the continued demand for flexible workspaces, following JustCo's new spaces at OCBC Centre East and The Centrepoint, the company said. These two locations have added cosmetics giant L'Oreal and Tencent-backed Riot Games as their newest members respectively.

The new one-north location provides gaming hardware and consumer electronics companies an opportunity to be strategically near Razer, JustCo said. It is also targeting corporate members looking to decentralise their workforce or implement remote working.

"In line with our mission to build smart, tech-enabled future of offices, JustCo at one-north will further expand our focus on tech innovations, driving more value and success to our community," said Brandon Chia, vice-president and head of Singapore and Indonesia at JustCo.

Patricia Liu, chief of staff at Razer, said that the hardware firm is "excited to welcome JustCo as a close neighbour".
