PARCEL lockers could make e-commerce logistics more efficient, industry players agree, but there are some concerns about whether demand can hit adequate scale, given that consumers are used to doorstep delivery.

This is the view that has emerged in the industry, ahead of Singapore's roll-out of 1,000 parcel-locker stations by the end of this year.
