2019 growth forecasts for NODX, trade pared back
The downgrades come after Q3 NODX and total trade fall 9.6 per cent and 6.7 per cent respectively

AS NON-OIL domestic exports (NODX) tumbled for a fourth straight quarter in July-September, the government has further trimmed its 2019 growth forecast for the NODX to -10.0 to -9.5 per cent from a year ago.
It has also downgraded this year's growth forecast for total merchandise trade to -4.5 to -4.0 per cent, said the trade promotion agency Enterprise Singapore (ESG).
