3-hour PSI reading hits 138 at 4pm, highest so far this year

[SINGAPORE] The haze has worsened on Thursday (Sept 10), with the three-hour Pollutants Standard Index (PSI) at 4pm hitting 138, the highest so far this year.
The three-hour readings breached 100 at 2am and have been going up since, according to the National Environment Agency's (NEA) website.
