AI key to Singapore's Infocomm & Media Transformation Map
Artificial intelligence is part of the government's plan to grow the Republic's digital economy and fulfil its Smart Nation vision
SINGAPORE is set to invest even more dollars - over and above S$150 million - in artificial intelligence (AI), a frontier technology it has identified under the Infocomm and Media Industry Transformation Map (ICM ITM).
It will support budding AI enterprises, train AI professionals, modernise regulations around data for the purposes of AI, and build necessary infrastructure such as a National Speech Corpus.
