A NEW regional initiative mooted by Singapore to get Asean member states ready for the changing nature of work is in the offing.
The idea of a Future of Work Regional Initiative was discussed at a conference on Monday by Asean labour ministers who inked and released a statement reaffirming their commitment to prepare workers as technology, an ageing population and a greening economy reshape the labour landscape.
