Bank Indonesia holds key rate, on guard against risks of outflows

INDONESIA'S central bank, concluding a policy meeting shortly after the Federal Reserve raised US interest rates, on Thursday held its benchmark steady and said it was on guard against "reversals" of capital flows into the country.
