BOJ not in hurry to go deeper into negative rates

Kuroda also seen adopting a more relaxed attitude towards achieving the central bank's 2% inflation target

BANK of Japan governor Haruhiko Kuroda appeared to suggest in a speech on Monday that the central bank will not be in a hurry to push interest rates down further into negative territory, dampening speculation that the BOJ could move again in this direction as early as next week....
