BOK chief says bank will carry out roles necessary for structural reform

[SEOUL] South Korea's central bank governor said on Monday the bank will actively take on roles deemed necessary for ongoing structural reform in the country to be carried out successfully.
"We should be extremely wary of the possibility of any temporary effects like negative influences to financial markets or worsening of corporate liquidity," Governor Lee Ju Yeol said to his top officials.
