AS Singapore's population ages, nursing homes face the challenge of delivering higher quality care in a tight labour market. Nursing homes hence need to embrace technology, while not losing sight of the importance of the human touch and community support, said Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam on Wednesday.
