Brussels lockdown leaves trail of cancelled trips

THE Brussels lockdown has prompted scores of travel cancellations to the Belgian capital following the shocking terror attacks in Paris.
Data from travel data analyst ForwardKeys shows that net bookings - which looks at both daily bookings and cancellations - plummeted 159 per cent since the lockdown was implemented at the start of the weekend. In the week before, immediately after the Paris attacks, bookings fell 23 per cent.
