Budget speech on Feb 18, 3.30pm: Latest news on dedicated micro-site at The Business Times
THE upcoming Budget statement will be delivered by Finance Minister Lawrence Wong at 3.30pm on Feb 18, the Singapore government confirmed on Monday (Feb 7).
The speech - which will be Wong's maiden Budget speech as a Finance Minister - will be carried live on television, radio, and online broadcast channels. Wong was appointed Finance Minister in May last year following a Cabinet reshuffle.

Minister in the Prime Minister's Office Indranee Rajah, who is also Second Minister for Finance and National Development, will chair the English session on Feb 24.
Minister for Communications and Information Josephine Teo, who is also Second Minister for Home Affairs, will chair the Mandarin session on Feb 26.
