Chief Justice reserves judgement on Tan Cheng Bock's appeal on presidential election

[SINGAPORE] Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon has reserved judgement for former presidential candidate Tan Cheng Bock's appeal against the timing and basis of the upcoming reserved presidential election.
The appeal was heard on Monday (July 31) by a five-judge panel of the apex court, which includes CJ Menon. The hearing has been adjourned.
