China will increase SMEs' access to financing: central bank governor

[BEIJING] China's central bank will support small and medium-sized companies to increase their access to financing, central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan said in a statement on Friday.

Small and medium-sized companies in China are struggling to secure financing, according to a transcript of Mr Zhou's comment in the OECD press conference in Washington on the central bank's website.
