TWO separate surveys have indicated that China's manufacturing sector improved in March, as the efforts by the Chinese government to stabilise growth kick in.
But analysts warn that the world's second largest economy is still dogged by persistent downward pressures, such as ballooning corporate and government debt and structural over-capacities.
