China's Xi says supports efforts to curb HK independence activities

[BEIJING] Chinese President Xi Jinping told Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying on Friday that the central government "resolutely supports" the efforts of the Hong Kong government to curb Hong Kong independence activities, Xinhua news agency said.
