TAX boosts for investment in jobs and innovation are high up on Deloitte's priorities, as it rolled out suggestions for next year's national spending agenda.
An early bird to the Budget wish list game, the professional-services firm has pitched a slew of goodies that it said could make Singapore a more attractive place to do business - especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
