DEUTSCHE Boerse AG has lost a European Union court challenge against the veto by EU regulators of its aborted merger with NYSE Euronext, which would have created the world's biggest exchange.
The European Commission didn't make any errors of law, the EU General Court in Luxembourg said on Monday, according to a press release. The full text of the judgment was delayed to remove some confidential information, the court said.
