If agreement is reached at leaders' summit on Feb 18-19, Cameron will hold referendum for Britons in June
London
BRITAIN is on course for the June "in- or-out" European Union referendum if EU leaders agree to a draft agreement on reforms this month.
European Council president Donald Tusk has presented proposals covering the reforms, which British Prime Minister David Cameron demanded. The draft has been sent to the 27 other members of the EU and they will be discussed in detail at a leaders' summit on Feb 18-19.
