Eurozone's current account surplus narrows: ECB

[FRANKFURT] The eurozone's current account surplus narrowed in February while investment in the currency bloc increased, according to data from the European Central Bank published on Tuesday.

The current account surplus stood at 19 billion euros (S$29.13 billion) in February compared to 27.5 billion euros a month earlier.

Direct and portfolio investment rose in February to 121.6 billion euros, compared to 50.2 billion euros in the previous month.
