SINGAPORE is no stranger to public-private sector partnerships (PPP). For example, the latest alteration to the Kallang skyline, the Singapore Sports Hub, is a 25-year PPP project between the Sports Hub consortium and the government.
Yet PPP projects are very negligible as a percentage of the total volume of infrastructure projects in Singapore, said Gregory Yap, Maybank Kim Eng's senior analyst.
