Financial risks rising amid 'mediocre' growth: Lagarde
IMF chief also says recent wide movements in exchange rates can be destabilising for countries with large debts

RISKS to global financial stability are rising, and they are "migrating from advanced economies toward emerging markets", International Monetary Fund (IMF) managing director Christine Lagarde warned on Thursday.
Such risks, Ms Lagarde said, are mounting in the "new mediocre" global economic growth environment, which she told the Atlantic Council in Washington "is not a comfortable place with respect to financial stability".
