FROM Sunday, foreign employees with recent travel history to mainland China will need the approval of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) before they head to Singapore, the ministry said on Friday.

To gain this approval, their employers must declare that they have arranged for suitable premises to house these workers during their leave of absence (LOA).
