GOVERNMENT agencies must collaborate with one another as they navigate through hardening social class distinctions and the health-care demands of older Singaporeans, said Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam on Tuesday.
They must also work through an extended period of slow economic growth globally, and the new realities linked to changes in production trends, particularly in China.
