    [SINGAPORE] Minister for Finance Heng Swee Keat will deliver the Budget Statement for this year on Monday, Feb 20, at 3.30pm in Parliament.

    The Budget Speech will be broadcast live over Channel NewsAsia and 938Live the Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced on Monday (Feb 13).
