[JAKARTA] Indonesia's central bank sees inflation in July in the range of 0.46-0.6 per cent month-on-month, Governor Agus Martowadojo told reporters on Wednesday.

Earlier this month, Mr Martowardojo said he expects the annual inflation rate to dip below 7 per cent in July.

In June, the annual inflation rate was 7.26 per cent.

Mr Martowardojo also said he hopes easing of macroprudential policies such as the loan-to-value requirements for automotive and property loans will start offering economic benefits from the fourth quarter.

He reiterated that the rupiah is slightly undervalued but said the central bank is not keeping it at a certain level.
