Indoor mask-off fitness activities may resume in groups of 2 or classes of 30
GYMS and fitness studios have been given the green light to resume indoor mask-off sports and exercise activities in groups of two, or in classes of 30, including the instructor, from June 21.
Indoor mask-off activities had previously been suspended.
Indoor mask-on activities and outdoor mask-off activities may continue in groups of five and in classes of no more than 30, including the instructor, said the multi-ministry taskforce in an update on Friday.
Group sizes for indoor mask-off activities are expected to expand to five in mid-July. The exact date will be announced later.
Wedding receptions will, however, remain prohibited until mid-July this year. Work-from-home remains the default working mode in Singapore.
Food and beverages remain disallowed at social gatherings and work-related events at the workplace.
