THE Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Singapore's households fell 0.7 per cent year on year in the second half of 2015, thanks to lower housing costs and electricity tariffs.
This deepened from a 0.4 per cent decline in H1 2015, according to a report from the Department of Statistics (DOS) which was released on Monday.
