Internal Security chief takes on second role

[SINGAPORE] The director of the Internal Security Department will take on another role as Second Permanent Secretary (Home Affairs) from next year.
Mr Loh Ngai Seng, 44, will work with the Permanent Secretary to carry out the Ministry's work while keeping his current position until March.
