Japan PM Abe planning to meet Trump in New York next week: Jiji

[TOKYO] Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is planning to meet US President-elect Donald Trump in New York on Nov 17, Japan's Jiji news agency reported on Thursday.
Jiji said the pair had talked by telephone and had confirmed close cooperation between their two nations.
