Khaw cites the two lessons from episode over cracks on MRT trains

    TRANSPORT Minister Khaw Boon Wan said he has drawn two lessons from the recent furore over the hairline cracks found on the MRT's China-made trains:

    One is that it is always better to provide more information than less during crises; the other is that one should always own the problem of one's doing.
