Leaders hold talks in 'paradise on earth'

THE scenic lakeside city of Hangzhou, hailed by Chinese officials as a "paradise on earth", is where some of the world's most powerful people will gather for the two-day Group of 20 (G-20) summit that begins on Sunday.

Making his 11th trip to Asia as US President, Barack Obama will be there for his eighth - and final - G-20 Summit; he steps down from office next January, two months after the presidential election.
