Lee Wei Ling, Lee Hsien Yang start court action over Lee Kuan Yew interviews
Lee Kuan Yew's two younger children, Lee Wei Ling and Lee Hsien Yang, have filed a court case over an interview agreement between the late Mr Lee and the Singapore government - to seek the court's guidance on the proper interpretation of the deal that was struck.
The agreement relates to the custody and use of certain interviews given by the late Mr Lee to the Oral History Department, said a statement from the Attorney General's Chambers obtained by The Business Times.
Dr Lee and Mr Lee Hsien Yang are the executors and trustees of their father's will.
The AGC added: "The Government will establish the proper interpretation and status of the agreement before the Court."
Mr Lee died on March 23 this year.
