NEW tech hubs in the region are driving demand for multi-disciplinary life sciences professionals in Singapore, resulting in higher expected compensation this year.
Salaries across the industry are expected to rise 3-5 per cent in 2016, with bonuses averaging 1-2 months, according to recruitment agency Randstad.
In the biotechnology industry, candidates who are able to transition into commercial roles will see the highest demand, it added.
