Local services firms more upbeat in hiring
They are less gloomy about the future than in the last quarter, but manufacturing firms turn marginally pessimistic

FIRMS in the services sector, though still pessimistic about future business conditions, are planning to add more workers this quarter.
But the manufacturing sector, turning marginally pessimistic, is expected to cut down on hiring during this quarter.
