THE government is not being "anti-landlord", said Minister for Law and for Home Affairs K Shanmugam in Parliament on Tuesday.
He was responding to the Reit Association of Singapore (Reitas), which had raised concerns on Monday over a draft law that proposed to temporarily relieve commercial tenants of their rental obligations during the economic crisis wrought by Covid-19.
