Malaysian SMEs gloomy, expect turnaround only in 2018: survey

MALAYSIAN small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are in a blue funk.

A recent survey has found that a significant majority are pessimistic about the economic outlook for this year and the next, and expect an improvement only in 2018.
