BRITAIN'S Prime Minister Theresa May will make an official visit to Japan at the end of this month in what is seen as an attempt by her to persuade Japanese investors not to give up on Britain.
Announced at relatively short notice, the three-day visit will be Mrs May's first to Japan since she became prime minister in July last year.
She will be accompanied by a large contingent of British businessmen to help her sell the attraction of investment in post-Brexit Britain. During the visit from Aug 30, Mrs May will hold talks with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Sh…
