EMPLOYEE confidence has taken a dip, with the most dramatic drop among the millennials, according to the Randstad Workmonitor Report for Q1 released on Monday.
In the first quarter of 2016, 66 per cent of millennials in Singapore - defined by recruiter Randstad as those aged between 18 and 24 - felt they would be able to secure a new job within six months, a marked 10 per cent decrease from last year's confidence levels.
