CHINA'S manufacturing surveys paint a mixed picture of the Chinese economy in October, with two surveys providing diverging data on the state of the country's vast production sector.
The Caixin PMI, which surveys small and medium firms and published on Friday rose for a third straight month in October to 51.7, from 51.4 the previous month, on a pick-up of both internal and external demand.
