THE Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said on Monday that its deputy chairman, Niam Chiang Meng, will become its chairman from Dec 16, 2016.
He will take over from Lucien Wong, who will relinquish his post as MPA chairman on Dec 15 to assume office as Deputy Attorney-General of Singapore from Dec 19, ahead of taking over as Attorney-General.
