THE National Environment Agency (NEA) plans to develop an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) to improve its dengue control programme.
The agency has been conducting trials on the use of UAS, commonly known as drones, to survey mosquito breeding grounds in the past year and now plans to expand the trials to include depositing larvicide into roof gutters to kill mosquito larvae.
