BUSINESS sentiment has swung over into optimism as firms' performance improved for the third straight quarter, the latest quarterly Business Times-Singapore University of Social Sciences (BT-SUSS) Business Climate Survey has found.
An analysis of the survey results has also yielded the prediction that the second-quarter gross domestic product (GDP) growth could be between 9.2 and 14.7 per cent.
